Hi my name is Morgan de Klerk the owner and lead designer at Gentle Interiors. I originally did a study for 3D designer and now I specialise in interior visualisation and simple product manufacturing like the flight case I’m working on.
I believe that the most important thing about design is that it should be shared and enjoyed by everyone. And so, everyone should be able to afford it. This is why I focus on clear communication and personal attention to make sure you as a customer get what you paid for and nothing less.
Weather you are an interior designer who wants to turn their idea from paper to a digital model or even VR, or weather you are just someone who wants to design their space in a more hands on and creative way. I would like to help where I can.
One of the things I love the most about designing is the problem solving. I like when things are tough or complex, although I would probably get frustrated if I had to design an engine for a rocket. But if you require some help for a project (that doesn’t involve aeronautic engineers) then I’m your guy.
Gentle interiors is a company who’s goal it is to make interior design more fun and more creative. Weather you want to add some cool visuals to impress your client by having them walk through your design in VR, or weather you want to block out your room in a way that is more creative and fun.
The name Gentle Interiors is a combination of two words. Gentleman and Interiors. The reason is that when I was working on my name, I had just purchased my bowler hat, which I bought because I love the 1920s aesthetic and the Gentleman culture of England. And the second word is interiors which speaks for itself.
I started Gentle interiors because I wanted to know if I had the skills to become my own boss. And I chose for interior visualisation because that is something I’ve been doing for some time now and I’m rather enjoying it.
Why should you choose Gentle Interiors? I think because of the flexibility of a smaller company. This makes it so I can help people that are looking for something more custom. And because I focus my business on people rather then profits. I would be much happier when I had helped 10.000 people solve a problem then having made 10.000 euros. Mostly because I really like solving problems in a creative way.
So, if you have a problem that needs a creative solution. Then I am your guy.
